Hotel is decaying and you can see it in the room and outside facade and swimming pool area , not mentioning reception. Front desk need a bit more training. Good thing they accommodate early check in thank you.  Kudos to restaurant. Young guy ( don’t remember the name ) even though couldn’t communicate still deliver great service with smile .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

1. Doorbell not function 2. Lobby still under renovation 3. Swimpool circulation wasnt on,the pool ended very dirty 4. Chair was broken,resulted my husband fell from the chair 5. Floor inside room some dirty found  6. Water flooded outside the bathing area 7.beach in the morning was in very low tide,couldnt swim in the beach 8. The ocean not as good as in tanjung tinggi or tanjung kelayan 9. Restaurant options only 1 (next to hotel),far from anywhere,no public transportation nor taxi or uber or grab

Spacious hotel, friendly for family and kids. Has direct access to their own beach. Very comfortable. But very far from the city. But if you just want to stay and has activities at hotel, santika belitung is a good choice for you

1.衞生真的不好，陽台沙發長黴了，房間桌上灰塵很大，洗手間地板衞生不好 2.和酒店，租了槳板出海，125k一小時槳板沒有腳繩，突然暴風暴雨，酒店自始自終都沒人管，都沒人到岸邊看看我們回來沒有。 3.房間一股黴未，牆壁也是髒髒的，牆壁發黴

住宿條件還可以，但是前台的服務不算太好，給介紹的跳島遊供應商價格很貴（一個人超過500人民幣）最後是我們自己找的供應商，去機場的接送服務也是，酒店介紹的是市價的2倍，島上的打車服務不發達，建議提前訂好。然後因為我們要求婚，提前郵件聯繫詢問酒店也沒有回覆，當場詢問也不太能提供定製化的服務。最後我們選擇臨時改到在島上唯一的五星級酒店喜來登求婚，喜來登的領班專門根據我們的需求定製化了沙灘晚餐的佈置和餐食，確實體現出了五星級酒店的專業水平和普通酒店的差距，相信以後如果再來烏里洞島，衹會考慮喜來登了哈哈，ps附的圖片是喜來登的沙灘，比這個酒店的沙灘條件好不少

Hotel nya ok.. anak anak senang lah..sdh 2 x nginap dsana.. dan kmrin cpt koq utk saya cek in . Jd gk nggu lama. Sdh ready wlpn lg rame .. makanannya enak .. ok lah pkknya .. 😁
